BlueLine Generation Application

This application produces a blue line in a convenient format for learning purposes. Use this page to produce new (unrung) lines, or print out Standard Methods. Place notations can be found in the visual method archive, and a search engine for rung methods will be added at a later date. Note this program generates a blueline based on the place notation of a method, and is not a guarantee of that methods truthfulness.

The images are in Portable Network Graphics format, thus can be saved, and imported into many applications. Links to the application can be embedded in other web pages.

>A note on Format. Add the place notation here. Use no spaces. Fill half a lead using syntax as shown ending with the half lead, conclude with a hyphen (-) and the lead head (this is the same format as used in the VMA). For example, Plain Bob Minor is x16x16x16-12 Failure to add the lead head in this way will lead the program to assume this is an asymmetric method, and plot it out accordingly. The program works on the 'garbage in, garbage out' principle.

The program has been amended to allow the image size to be dependant on the method, which now means that methods with different treble paths (such as Double Darrowby) will turn out just fine! Even bell principles are also treated properly.
